Rev. Peter Adel Wadie, a Presbyterian Evangelical pastor at the Synod of the Nile in Egypt. As Chaplain of Social Work, he strives to bridge the gap between religion and society, linking beliefs with the reality of daily life. He has a passion for promoting intercultural dialogue, recognizing its role in building peace in communities. He is equally dedicated to promoting religious education that encourages critical thinking and inspires people to engage with their social issues.

He is an active member of the Forum for Intercultural Dialogue of CEOSS, one of the largest NGOs in Egypt focused on various development issues. His role involves supervising and coordinating workshops, initiatives, and committees with religious leaders, civil society representatives, media professionals, and academic staff.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce (BA, 2012), the Reverend went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Theology (MAT, 2018) and a Master of Divinity (M.Div., 2020). Currently, he is studying for a Master of Theology (Th.M.) from ETSC. He is also a member of the editorial board of Al-Nisour Theological Journal, a platform that fosters informed theological discussion.

Despite his many responsibilities, the Reverend finds time to serve as a part-time pastor with youth at a local church in Cairo. His unique approach to religious leadership has earned him the respect and admiration of those within his congregation and beyond.
