Dilshan Annaraj is the Associate Director for Peacebuilding Programming at World Vision International, where he plays a key role in integrating peacebuilding into the organization’s global humanitarian and development initiatives. As part of the Global Peacebuilding and Conflict-Sensitive Programming team, he provides technical support to all countries where World Vision operates. His primary focus is on empowering children and youth as peacebuilders and ensuring the integration of peacebuilding efforts across the organization’s programming. Additionally, Dilshan works closely with faith and religious leaders to cultivate effective partnerships that promote conflict transformation within communities.

Dilshan is an advisory board member of the Early Childhood Peace Consortium and co-leads the PaRD working group on “Sustaining Peace – SDG 16.” He is also an active member of the Global Coalition for Youth, Peace, and Security. Furthermore, Dilshan played an instrumental role in founding the Global Conflict Sensitivity Hub alongside the original consortium members.

He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and a second master’s in Applied Conflict Transformation Studies from Pannasastra University, Cambodia. Dilshan is currently based in Adelaide, Australia.
