Francisco is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) in Buenos Aires; he specialised in conflict transformation at the University of Maryland, USA. Francisco is the co-founder of Diversity Network, an interfaith community of social entrepreneurs who facilitate conflict transformation workshops in order to promote interreligious dialogue. Through this community, he co-founded and coordinates the Youth Cultural and Religious Diversity Laboratory of the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires, an innovative space for citizen participation aimed at young people of diverse cultural and religious identities, summoned to the construction of collaborative and horizontal encounters in order to promote dialogue and joint work. In addition, he was an official of the National Ministry of Social Development during the 2016–2019 management, where he served as coordinator of private social investment within the area of social responsibility for sustainable development. He is currently the Chief of Staff of a national congresswoman in the National Congress of Argentina and teaches classes of The Social Doctrine of the Church.
