"To live in harmony is to be with oneself in God's grace."

Pastoral for the Archdiocese of Vienna, Austria

Cirilo Boloron Jr. is originally from the Philippines and currently serves in pastoral ministry for the Archdiocese of Vienna, Austria. He earned a doctoral degree in theology from the University of Vienna, where his research focused on interreligious and intercultural dialogue, as well as the Christian theology of religious pluralism.

Before moving to Austria, he completed his studies in Philosophy at Christ the King Mission Seminary in Quezon City and in Theology at the Divine Word School of Theology in Tagaytay City. He later worked in Campus Ministry at the Divine Word College, Legazpi City, where he also taught theology courses.

Alongside his pastoral ministry in the Archdiocese of Vienna, he teaches online courses in Philosophy at Holy Name University, Tagbilaran City and intercultural theology at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Vienna, Austria.

His guiding conviction throughout his years of commitment to interreligious dialogue is that religions serve as channels of God's self-communication to humanity. He believes that there is no single religion that possesses the entirety of the Truth; instead, all faiths are encompassed by it.
