From 2011 to 2014, Brayan Moisés Alvarado was a teacher of religion for youth groups in several Christian schools. Since 2015 he has been a teacher of bible, theology and pastoral work at the Evangelical Centre for Pastoral Studies in Central America (CEDEPCA). Currently he is the general coordinator for the Ecumenical Christian Council of Guatemala.

Brayan likes to read, write, learn, reflect and teach, and also to meet different people and to travel in order to build bridges. He has engaged in the defence of territories, water supply and explored common spaces with interreligious groups.
