Birabwa Winfred Bahana is a Religion and History secondary school teacher, and a part time Lecturer at Uganda Christian University (UCU), Mukono-Uganda. She is a specialist in Library and Information Science and a fellow of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program. Winfred is a devoted catholic and heads different catholic church apostolates including Mystical Rose praesidium, (Legion of Mary); Wakiso schools Curia, and the secretary of the Liturgy department at St. Augustine College Wakiso (SACO). She is a pacifist and participates in different activities that are geared towards creating peace among the young people, especially students and staff of different religions at school and in the community. Winfred derives fulfillment by engaging in dialogue, especially religious dialogue among young people and she is the patron of the Peace club at St. Augustine’s College Wakiso (SACO). Her passion is to continue creating peace through dialogue among people of different religious denominations.
