“Failure to engage the peace-seeking religious mainstream only plays into the hands of extremists”: Rabbi Rosen in World Economic Forum

In an article titled “Violent extremism – Is religion the problem or the solution?”, KAICIID Board Member Rabbi David Rosen analyses the reasons behind the abuse of religion for violent ends. He emphasises the importance of interreligious collaboration in repudiating the extremist mindset and in addressing conflicts that involve identities rooted in religious traditions. He also mentions KAICIID as an example of interreligious cooperation, highlighting some of the Centre’s initiatives.
