Ms. Gazideda has over 20 years of professional experience in the development sector, gained in post-conflict and fragile contexts. She is a governance and peacebuilding professional with extensive experience in programme development, strategic partnerships, and institutional capacity-development. During her career in international development, Ms. Gazideda has successfully designed and managed complex projects that strengthen governance systems, promote peacebuilding and social cohesion, and enhance institutional resilience.

As the Portfolio Manager for Governance and Peacebuilding at the UNDP, Ms. Gazideda oversees a multimillion-dollar portfolio, ensuring that initiatives align with institutional development priorities, national strategies, and development partners’ commitments. Her expertise extends across programme leadership and oversight, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilisation, fostering collaboration between institutions, multilateral and bilateral organizations, civil society, and communities.
